Although tantric techniques have been around for hundreds of years, it has become more popular than ever. A good tantric technique can help the bodies become one with sight, breathing and movements. Tantric techniques can be applied to many actions in your life, including massage and sex. Tantric techniques are especially important in today’s fast-paced lifestyles. They help us reconnect with ourselves and our partners.

  1. Breathing. When using this tantric technique, you might need a little practice if you have never done controlled breathing before. Tantric breathing is the ability of being able to calmly and slowly breathe. This rhythmic breathing that the tantric technique provides enables you to focus on your surroundings and your body. When using tantric breathing during sexual intercourse, it helps the two bodies become one.
  2. Sight. When spending time with a partner, including during sexual intercourse, gazing into each other’s eyes is a way to connect with each other and know what the other is doing. It is important to maintain eye contact throughout sexual intercourse. This will help both of you maintain steady and calm breathing techniques. Holding a gaze between two people also shows each other that you are intent on what they are doing or say.
  3. Touch. Using this tantric technique enables partners to connect with the power of touch. Simply caressing one another allows you to feel the energy of the other person. It allows you to wash inhibitions away and feel comfortable with one another and possibly trading traditional roles with each other.
