Tastefully Simple Pasta With Herbs Recipe 

  • 1 lb. noodles
  • 3 tbs. fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbs. fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup olive oil
  1. Boil the noodles until tender, rinse under cold water, and drain.
  2. Puree the herbs, garlic, oil and cottage cheese in a blender, until smooth.
  3. Add this sauce to the cooked noodles, and heat gently.
  4. Serve immediately.

 Tastefully Simple Pesto Noodles Recipe

  • 1 lb. noodles
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  1. Add the noodles to a large pan of boiling water, and cook until tender.
  2. Return noodles to pan.
  3. Roast the pine nuts over medium heat, until slightly brown.
  4. Puree the pine nuts, basil, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender or food processor, until smooth.
  5. Add the cheese, and pulse ten more seconds.
  6. Add the olive oil, until paste is formed.
  7. Pour pesto over warm noodles, and toss well.

 Tastefully Simple Grilled Zucchini With Garlic Recipe

  • 2 medium zucchini, cunt into ½ inch slices
  • 2 firm, large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, roasted and diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbs. olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  1. Put two tablespoons of the olive oil in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Toss the zucchini slices in the oil, until fully coated.
  3. Grill both sides of the zucchini on a preheated griddle or under a broiler, until lightly charred.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil in a small skillet.
  5. Add the tomatoes and the garlic.
  6. When the garlic starts to brown, add the bell pepper.
  7. Put the tomato mixture over the zucchini, and season with salt and pepper.

 Tastefully Simple Oven Fries Recipe

  • 1 lb. potatoes cut into medium fries
  • 3 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tbs. soy sauce
  • salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste 
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  2. Toss the potatoes in the oil and the soy sauce, and sprinkle them with garlic powder.
  3. Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet, and roast them for 30 minutes, turning frequently, until they turn golden.
  4. Sprinkle the fries with salt and pepper.    

 Tastefully Simple Ginger Dipping Sauce Recipe

  • 3 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbs. soy sauce
  • 2 tbs. sesame oil
  • 2 tbs. water 
  • assorted pieces of vegetables: tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli florets, etc.
  1. Whisk all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Surround the bowl with assorted vegetables.
