Thanksgiving Punch Recipes
No matter where you celebrate your holiday, these Thanksgiving punch recipes are a quick way to make a splash at the dinner table. All of these punch recipes can be prepped well in advance and are really easy to make. Enjoy them on their own, or add your favorite flavored vodka, rum, or even champagne for a little added kick.
Ginger-Orange Cooler
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
- 6 cups chilled orange juice
- 3 cans chilled ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
- Pitcher
- Mixing spoon
Directions:
- Mix grated ginger and orange juice in the pitcher, stirring often.
- Keep juice mixture refrigerated until just before serving. Do not use ice to chill, as it will dilute the juice.
- When ready to serve, add cans of ginger ale (or lemon-lime soda for a sweeter punch) and stir once more.
Cranberry-Lime Crush
Ingredients:
- 32 ounces cranberry juice
- 6 medium limes
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
- 1 liter bottle lemon-lime soda
- Pitcher
- Mixing spoon
Directions:
- Halve the limes and juice them. This should yield about 1/2 cup of juice.
- In pitcher, thoroughly mix lime juice and simple syrup.
- Add cranberry juice to lime mixture and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Pour lemon-lime soda into pitcher and stir once more before serving.
Apple Cinnamon Spritzer
Ingredients
- 1 liter bottle lemon/lime soda
- 32 ounces apple juice
- 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 8 cinnamon sticks
- Pitcher
- Mixing spoon
Directions
- In a large pitcher, stir ground cinnamon into apple juice until well mixed.
- When ready to serve, add lemon/lime soda and stir once more.
- Place a cinnamon stick into each glass of spritzer you pour.
