2. Freebird - Lynyrd Skynyrd. You still hear people yell "Freebird" at concerts, even if it is not Lynyrd Skynyrd! How could this one not make the list?
3. Here I Go Again - White Snake. This song went number one on music charts around the world in the 1980's. The video became viral due to the beautiful redhead Tawney Kitaen's appearance in white lingerie.
4. Smells Like Teen Spirit - Nirvana. This song is still favored as one of the best rock songs of all time. Hard to believe the band was reluctant to even record it!
5. Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen. The combination of opera and rock gave this rock song timeless popularity.
6. Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd.  Great song from a great album. It is especially good listening on a rainy day.
7. Hey Jude - The Beatles.  This is one that everyone knows the lyrics to, and when you hear it you just start singing along.
8. Hotel California - The Eagles.  Impeccably written tune with an amazing guitar solo!
9. Livin' On A Prayer - Bon Jovi.  A classic American song by a true rock legend.
10. Paradise By The Dashboard Light - Meatloaf. This song is very long, but it tells a great story with lyrics and tempo. The opera style in this song is second only to Queen.
