Toyota Recall List

The Toyota recall list has vehicles on it from January 2010.  At this point these vehicles were recalled because they had sticky accelerator pedals.  Since then Toyota has been working to fix all of these problems.  So, if you have one of the following vehicles you should make sure to take it to your dealership to have it fixed:

  1. The 2010 Toyota Rav4 is a compact SUV.  It includes some great features that makes it a wonderful family vehicle since it can seat as many as seven people thanks to the third row seat that folds flat into the cargo floor.  This is a four-door vehicle with your choice of a 2.5 liter 179 hp four-speed automatic transmission or a 3.5 liter 269 hp five-speed automatic transmission.  Regardless of your choice you will still get downhill assist control and hill start assist control, an anti-theft system and front active headrests.
  2. The 2010 Toyota Corolla is a great compact sedan that is reliable, economical and comfortable.  It has a 132 hp, 1.8-liter dual VVT-I engine with your choice of a five-speed manual or a four speed automatic transmission.  Regardless of your choice you will have front and side airbags, ABS with brake assist and front seat head restraints that protect against whiplash.
  3. The 2010 Toyota Camry is safe, reliable, fuel efficient, spacious and powerful.  It is a front-wheel drive five passenger four-door sedan.  There is a 2.5 liter four cylinder engine with a six speed automatic transmission that offers sequential shifting.  Stability, traction control and tire pressure monitoring are all standard.
  4. The 2010 Toyota Highlander is a medium sized SUV.  This spacious vehicle can seat up to seven passengers.  There is both front wheel and all wheel drive available.  A 187 hp 2.7 liter four cylinder engine powers the front wheel drive while a 270 hp 3.5 liter five cylinder engine powers the all wheel drive.  Some of the nice features include seventeen-inch alloy wheels, cruise control and a flat fold third row seat.
  5. The 2010 Toyota Matrix is stylish.  It combines a sports car’s style with a SUV’s functionality at the price of a compact sedan.  You have your choice of a 1.8-liter 132hp four-cylinder engine and a 2.4 liter 158 hp four-cylinder engine.  There is also the choice between a five-speed manual, four-speed automatic or five speed automatic transmission.  This vehicle also has a comprehensive group of safety features that comes standard with it.  They include integrated traction control; anti-lock brakes; front, side and rear airbags; front head restraints and a tire pressure monitoring system.
