Types Of Massages
Here are some different types of massages so you can always stimulate your womanin the right places. Neck Shoulder and Back Massage (Swedish massage). With the tips of your fingers, start working the back of the neck and slowly spread your hands out and begin massaging and kneading the shoulders. Work your way down the back using your fingers, palms and a light chopping action up and down the back.
Full Body Massage. This is a more extensive massage; you will be stimulating the entire body neck, back, arms, hands, thighs, legs and feet. Start by massaging the neck and shoulders, then massage one or both arms at the same time, move on to the back. Continue stroking the back working your way down the thighs and legs. Last but definitely not least, massage the feet.
Foot Massage. The feet really hold the key to relieving stress in any part of the body. You can apply pressure to the feet as you massage away the tension. Use your thumbs quite a bit and pay special attention to massaging the balls or pads right under the big toe. That area is usually a stress reliever.
Therapeutic Massage. This is also called Aromatherapy massage. You use certain scented essential oils that come from herbal plants such as lavender, tea tree and eucalyptus leaves to make the oils. The essential oils are used to massage various parts of the body. To energize, relax and reduce stress.
Hot Stone Massage. This type of massage is used to relieve tension deep in the muscles. With the use of smooth, flat stones which are heated and position on different parts of the body with a little pressure. This helps to apply and target those aches and pains in the muscle.
