Learning how to use theGoogle Voice iPhone app may seem difficult, but it is actually really simple. The best part about the app is that it does not require you to download anything. You can use the Google Voice iPhone app to do things like send text messages, hear voicemails and make phone calls. Google has laid out all aspects of the app, so it is easy for basically anyone to navigate. Here are a few steps that will help you to use the Google Voice iPhone app.

To use the Google Voice iPhone app, you will need:

  1. Use your iPhone to go to Google Voice. Open up the Safari web browser and type in "Google Voice" into the search bar. Click on the first result; this will take your to the Google Voice homepage for the iPhone.
  2. Type in your Google Voice username and password into the appropriate fields so you can login. Choose the "+" button available in Safari. Click on  "Add to Home Screen" to start your app installation. A Google Voice icon will appear on your home screen once it is done installing. Click on the icon to go to Google Voice.
  3. Start sending text messages. Go to the drop-down menu and choose "Text." Now you will have access to any text messages in your inbox by clicking on them. Click on the notepad and pencil icons to compose and send a text message using the Google Voice iPhone app.
  4. Use the app to make a phone call. Click on the the number pad icon and input the number you want to call. Once you are done, press the "Enter" button to begin calling using the Google voice iPhone app. 

The Google voice iPhone app is so easy to use that once you know what all the icons stand for, you will not have any problems at all.
