Vinegar Health Benefits

Natural hygienists everywhere are talking about vinegar health benefits. It is the one food item that must be in your kitchen cabinet. Make sure you have purchased the raw and organic type, not the one on Safeway’s store shelf. You want to avoid any type of processed vinegar, unless you have no other choice. Vinegar health benefits are numerous and although there are only a few listed here; they are the cream of the crop.

  1. Natural Blood Thinner and Pain relief. If you have cancer or a debilitating disease and are looking for a natural way to alleviate you pain, then this recipe for vinegar may help you immensely. The benefits of vinegar must include pain relief. No longer do you need aspirin. Just mix one glass of water, one tablespoon of vinegar, two teaspoons of honey and a pinch of cayenne together. Sip this throughout the day or as needed for pain relief. This is an old time Ozark cure that is given freely to heal.
  2. Weight Loss. There are many homemade cures for weight loss on the Internet, and each one swears by their success story. The truth is you have to experiment to see what works for you. Yes, vinegar is good for pain and is a blood thinner, but it is also good for weight loss. An easy remedy is to take three to four tablespoons in a large glass of water with one tablespoon of honey. Mix well and sip it first thing in the morning. You may want to use this in the evening also. If you do not have a measuring spoon, then you can use a two ounce shot glass to measure with. Some have recommended drinking some ACV (apple cider vinegar) before you eat for good results also. If you want to lose weight, you must also eat a healthy diet. Vinegar will have no health benefits, if you are eating a bag of potato chips afterwards.
  3. Controlling Blood Pressure and Cholesterol. As mentioned above, one of the benefits of using natural and raw vinegar is to be used as a blood thinner. As the vinegar works to thin your blood, your blood pressure will drop. Vinegar is also great for reducing your cholesterol numbers and has been proven to be effective on LDL numbers. LDL is your bad cholesterol and should be less than 100mg/dl. Vinegar removes the bad cholesterol from the blood system naturally and effectively.  
  4. Increased Energy. If you are feeling fatigued and just can’t seem to get motivated, then try to drink some apple cider vinegar every day. Just mix a few tablespoons of ACV in a glass of water and drink every morning. Make sure to not expect immediate results, but within a few days you will soon see that your energy level is returning. Vinegar is not just good for energy, but for overall good health. As in all things, vinegar can only be judged by the quality you use. Look for a natural health store that brings the best. It is costly, but worth the price.
  5. Controls Dandruff and Natural Hair Rinse. The best way to wash your hair is with natural olive oil soap. Simply shred a bar of soap and put it in a jar. Add in enough hot water and two days later you are ready to wash your hair. After washing your hair, put a liberal amount of vinegar on your hair. Let it remain on your hair for 30 minutes and then rinse off. This will help to remove any dandruff problem that you may have. If you simply want to rinse your hair, then pour a liberal amount of vinegar on your hair and leave for a few minutes and then rinse thoroughly. You should never shampoo your hair with olive oil without this vinegar treatment. Also, it is not necessary to use the very expensive raw vinegar for your hair. Although raw is best, when rinsing your hair you can use the regular ACV.
