Ways To Stretch Your Testicles
There are many ways to stretch your testicles, both active and passive. Great care must be taken to not rip anything, as this can cause permanent, irreparable damage.
Definitely consult a doctor before starting this regime. If you feel ANY discomfort, immediately discontinue this practice.
- Switch to boxers or commando. Your testicles will not stretch if you are wearing briefs or boxer-briefs. Boxers or a lack of underwear will allow your testicles to stretch based off of the following exercises.
- Tugging. You will need to start a daily regimen of tugging downward on your testicles once or twice a day. Using two hands, use one to support the scrotum where it meets your body, and the other grabbing the bottom of the scrotum. Tug for five minutes then release. Start slowly. This is a new sensation for your body, and it will take a while for it to get used to it. Gradually add time to your daily tugging. Once you have gotten to ten minutes, take a three minute break, then start another set of five minutes. Increase the time of this set. Your emphasis should be on time of tugging, not so much on the intensity of the tugging. Tugging too hard on the skin can damage it and actually make it less able to stretch.
Tugging with testicles. This is where it gets tough. Start incorporating your testicles into the stretching regime. Do not exceed more than one minute for the first three weeks. Do this at the end of the previous regimen. If you start to feel any discomfort, at the time or during your day, immediately discontinue this practice. Seriously.
- Weights. Once you are doing thirty minutes of tugging per session, it is time to switch to weights. While normally for men who want to re-grow their foreskin, the same principals can be applied to your testicles. Get some sports tape and a graduated series of weights. Use the guide that comes with your foreskin stretching kit to guide the amount of weight and time you spend with your testicles taped to your weight.
