What To Get Your Girlfriend For Christmas

It is very common to not know what to get your girlfriend for Christmas. This year, go beyond the standard gifts of jewelry or flowers to choose a gift that is personal. Cliche as it is, the thought really does count. A unique Christmas gift will be something that your girlfriend will remember long after the holiday season is over.

1. Consider her interests.  A personalized gift is always a better choice than a standard Christmas gift that doesn't require thought. Really think about your girlfriend, her interests, and her tastes. Pick up on hints about things that she wants in the future and make one of these things a reality. For example, if your girlfriend has always wanted a beautiful herb garden, plant some herbs for her that can grow indoors on her windowsill this winter. She will think of you every time she sees them.
2. Make it unique. Consider things that make you unique as a couple when you choose a Christmas gift for your girlfriend. If your first date was to a Chinese restaurant, get her a beautiful Chinese teapot set that you can enjoy together and remember your first date. She will appreciate any Christmas gifts that show that you truly thought about her and your relationship.
3. Give her an experience.  Instead of a material gift, consider a special experience that your girlfriend will remember forever. Get her tickets to see her favorite band and go with her for a special date. Plan a weekend at a romantic destination and give her a chance to relax and enjoy some time that is all about her. Take pictures of the fun times you have together and give her a framed picture of the two of you so she can always remember the experiences that you have shared.
