What To Wear With Jeans

You need to know what to wear with jeans on casual Fridays and not compromise your position or diminish respect from subordinates. If you are an executive or in management, you can wear jeans and continue to have a professional presence. There is no reason to avoid denim or jeans on casual day when you are in management. Just remember to make the outfit look professional no matter what you wear. Also remember your employees are using you as an example. Make sure your example sets the stage for the dress code they will abide by. You do not want an employee bringing up your attire if and when the need arises to counsel them on violating the company dress code. 

On casual days and on casual Fridays, don't compromise the respect of your subordinates by wearing tacky shirts, shoes or other questionable accessories. Jeans paired with the following accessories can be very professional guaranteeing your comfort but not compromising your status or employee respect.

1. For the female executive or manager. Add a well tailored Armani style blazer, a white shell or sports shirt and a pair of black patent leather, low heel shoes.  Wear a watch, one ring on each hand and a necklace.
2. For the male executive or manager. Add a pair of low cut shoes, an Armani style blazer , a sport or polo shirt, with a watch and one ring on the ring finger if you are not married. If married, make sure you have your wedding ring on at all times unless you are required to remove it for safety reasons.
