If you are a fan of Taylor Swift you can easily answer the question why people love Taylor Swift. For those not so well-acquainted with America's sweetheart, here are a few reasons this blonde starlet has become the darling of the country.

1. People love her great singing voice. Taylor Swift is a talented singer no matter whether she is performing a love song as “Love Story” or singing a tribute to her own country favorite “Tim McGraw.”
2. People love the fact that she writes her own songs. Yes, it is great that Taylor has a terrific voice. But when the singer is also the writer of the song the audience knows he/she can really relate to the words.  Taylor has written many of her own songs including:  “Fifteen”, “Love Story,” “Hey Stephen,” “Forever and Always.”
3. People love the fact that Taylor acts like a normal young girl. She doesn’t hide behind a lot of makeup or glitz.
4. People love the fact that Taylor can have fun and make fun of herself.  Her appearances on Saturday Night Love prove that Taylor can kick back and have fun.
5. People love the fact that Taylor can be gracious when she wins awards. Taylor has won many awards including:  American Music Awards, CMT Awards and even 4 Grammy Awards. She was always grateful and gracious when she won her awards, even when rapper Kanye West interrupted her speech after winning the MTV video award in 2009.
6. People love her performances and her videos.  Taylor’s fans love watching her perform whether it is onstage during a major event such as the CMT awards such or during one of her videos.
7. People love the way Taylor dresses. Stores such as Wal-Mart have sold clothes with Taylor’s name itched onto them. Fans have emulated how the star dresses. Some websites have even been devoted to pasting pictures of the beloved star to highlight her current fashion trend for the fans to copy.
