Oh, wondering about the cocktail? That’s a cool new concoction courtesy of Christy Pope from renowned NYC cocktail bar Milk & Honey. Here’s how to make Pomegranate Apple Punch, which is sure to please the ladies from here to Hill Valley.

1 ½ oz Laird’s Applejack
¾ oz Cointreau Orange Liquer
½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1 oz pomegranate juice
Measure ingredients into a mixing glass and add ice.
Shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain into a chilled glass (over ice optional).
Garnish with Star Anise.
