Nigel Sylvester is quite literally living the dream. The pro BMX athlete does what he loves, is his own boss and has a closet overflowing with all the G-Shock watches and Nikes a guy could want—including his own signature shoe, the Nike SB dunk hi ‘S.O.M.P.’, which he designed and launched alongside DJ Clark Kent.

Sylvester’s creative impulses extend to beyond designing shoes and busting sweet BMX moves. He’s also the star and creative force behind the Go! series, which bend the laws of geography and physics to shed a whole new light on some of the world’s most vibrant and complex cities.

So far, the 29-year-old Queens native has given us two installments—New York City and Los Angeles—that have combined for more than 5 million YouTube views. And today he launches a new one, Tokyo.

But first he offered us some fun behind-the-scenes commentary on the original NYC video, featuring neighborhoods from Chinatown to Harlem, loads of sick urban tricks, plus two celebs with the last name Cruz: the New York Giants’ Victor and Orange Is the New Black’s Jackie.

Check it out below, and don’t be surprised if you get the urge to put the pedal to the metal yourself…
