Negroni
1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Swt. Vermouth
Stir, serve over ice or up. Orange twist for garnish.

Neuroni Sbagliato
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Swt. Vermouth
1 oz. Prosecco
Stir Campari and Vermouth with ice. Strain over ice or into a cocktail glass. Top with prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist.

Boulevardier
1 oz. Rye
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Swt. Vermouth
Stir, serve over ice or up. Orange twist for garnish.

White Negroni
1.5 oz. Gin
1 oz. Cocchi Americano
1 oz. Dolin Blanc
Stir, serve over ice or up. Lemon twist for garnish.

Ron’s Cocktail
1 oz. Mezcal
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 oz. Aperol
1 barspoon Campari
