Fall is here. Time to button up for colder weather and insulate yourself against the elements with a beverage that warms you from the inside out. We found just the thing at a Laphroaig tasting event the other night. It’s Penicillin, a custom cocktail from Sam Ross of NYC mixology meccas Attaboy and Milk & Honey. Whip it up for yourself, or for a lovely lady. After all, here’s what a female sipper had to say: “It’s a bit smoky, with a hint of lemon and a bit of a ginger kick, but it’s not overpowering. The honey made it smooth.” Suddenly, your fall just got a little toastier…

¼ part Laphroaig® 10-Year Scotch Whisky (Floater)
2 parts Teacher’s® Scotch Whisky
¾ part Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ part Honey-Ginger Syrup
Candied ginger
Method: Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Serve in a rocks glass with one large ice cube. Add floater of Laphroaig® and a candied ginger garnish.
