HBO’s True Blood has no qualms about sex. With a cast composed heavily of hot young actresses, it’s hard to watch the show without developing a subconscious attraction to magical forest creatures. Not completely sure these freaky fantasy chicks are for you? Check out some of our favorite True Blood actresses and decide for yourself.

Anna Paquin

The face of True Blood, Anna Paquin plays Sookie Stackhouse, a human girl with telepathic powers who all the male vampires just can’t seem to resist. Same with the male non-vampires, and also pretty much the entire audience.

Deborah Ann Woll

Deborah Ann Woll plays Jessica Hamby, recent vampire convert and all-around smokeshow. True Blood is Woll’s first big-name gig, and we have a feeling it won’t be her last. By which we mean please, please, please don’t let it be her last.

Rutina Wesley

For True Blood viewers who like their women with a bit of an edge there’s Rutina Wesley’s character, Tara Thornton. She’s a bisexual cage-fighter who cuts off her hair, moves to New Orleans and proceeds to live and work as a professional badass.

Carrie Preston

At the slightly older end of the hot chick spectrum, Carrie Preston’s character, Arlene Fowler, is a long-running fixture on the show.

Brit Morgan

Brit Morgan’s character, Debbie Pelt, is one of the chief antagonists of season three. She’s a werewolf who gets into a pretty sweet fight with Anna Paquin’s character at one point. Well worth watching.

Ashley Jones

Ashley Jones’ character, Daphne Landry, isn’t around anymore, but she left a hell of an impression on viewers during her tenure on the show. For obvious reasons.

Lindsay Pulsipher

Lindsay Pulsipher plays Crystal Norris, a werepanther. Yes, she’s a girl who turns into a panther.

Lara Pulver

Lara Pulver’s character, Claudine, isn’t featured too heavily on the show (see: pretty much never), but she’s always a welcome face on screen.
