Good luck dropping a guy with one punch who is pissed and ready for you. Im not going to say you can’t win with a single blow but without any training you better think again. Hitting a target that is moving is easier said then done and if they have any real experience chances are it’s going to be tricky. Never in my life have I been in a fight with someone who went down with one shot. Only happened to me a few times when I got the first move before their guard was set. I recently seen a guy take an undefended roundhouse to the side of the head and he ended up choking the other guy out. The kick sounded like a bat and he didn’t even stumble. I can tell you where to strike but it’s like showing you the gas and break on a car and telling you to drive knowing you haven’t ever driven. Get training some shit can be unintentionally lethal.

So, are you STARTING the fight? Only then is there “one punch”
But, if you are a real man, and don’t go around starting fights, you are dealing with an aggressor that has chosen YOU as his victim, and he, since he did the choosing, picked a smaller, weaker target, maybe a woman, because he is a bully and a coward. Why fight this POS? Pull out a gun, either the “fight” stops there, or it stops shortly thereafter.

um, anyone can drop anyone else with 1 punch, it doesn’t even have to be a punch as many require a more precise strike, there are dozens of the places on the body that even if you look like arnold back in the 80s, there is no way to strengthen them its anatomically impossible.

Turning your fist as shown in the video is wrong. It weakens your wrist. It is so wrong that the punches shown in the video all show the strike with the fist aligned with the arm.

The thing is their are people that take shots that normally would takedown or kill the average person yet they prevail. here r two stories that are true this mexican gets attacked by a black man who hits the mexican with a bumper jack the old ones about 2 to 3 feet long very solid.it splits the mexicans head knocks him 2 his knees he gets back up and takes it away from the black man and almost beat him to death.Another a guy was in a bar pulls a fire hydrant off the wall and it was a big one like the old ones in school when we were kids.throws it thru the air at another man hits him dead in the head richoets off and he runs the man down and beats him silly. So just cause u throw a golden punch, kick hit em with a really big object is no guarntee they go down instantly or that u win.Heck some people take multiple gunshots and fight back and win.So be careful what u wish for u just might get it.
