They are ranked by total number of page views in 2010. I think this is a much more accurate way to rank women than the seemingly arbitrary Maxim list which somehow did not include Candice Swanepoel or Adriana Lima.
And to answer your question “who in the flying hell is Daniela Ruah?” might I suggest clicking on her name to read her profile. (There’s also this new invention called Google.)

I think this list is incorrect.
I like woman with nice big boobs, but the woman with the big boobs are number 1 and 2.
